Please accept our sincere appreciation and gratitude for the hospitality provided to one of our employee’s and his family during their recent stay. As our employee required a long term stay (7 weeks), has 3 small children and needed to be within close proximity to the city, it was important to locate an establishment that was situated near supermarkets, banks, schools, entertainment facilities and playgrounds.

Our employee found the apartment was extremely well presented, clean and catered well to the needs of his family.  The price was competitive to that of local hotels, but provided a more homely feel, with a small yard out back for the children.

Your assistance and flexibility concerning our employee’s accommodation made for a pleasurable experience for all concerned.

We were nervous booking somewhere over the internet from Dubbo, nearly 2,000 km’s from Townsville. We did not know what to expect! On arrival we were more than happy, we were very surprised. This place has a great atmosphere, it was spotlessly clean, equipped with lots of little “extra touches” that made us feel welcome and appreciated. This is a really nice quiet part of town with a real homely feel.

Bedrooms were great and very comfortable.

We spent a week this time and found the location to all attractions and shops great, Belinda and Gary are both great hosts with nothing too much trouble.

Just a great place, we are coming back, this time for two weeks!

Thanks for a great stay guys. The unit was very tidy, clean and well presented with everything we needed for our 8 day stay. Belinda was very friendly and well organised and her personal touches such as themed sheets and night lights for the girls was greatly appreciated by all. The unit itself was a good size and great value for money as well as being close to the shops and uni. Will definitely book in again!
